As day begins, two armies confront each other,
armour shining under the first rays of sunlight,
swords raised, spears at the ready, whilst the
generals harangue the troupes. They know the clash
will be brutal and savour the imminent action already.
We search for the hero hidden in the crowd of soldiers
to block out the screaming of the wounded.
